Privacy notice

Dagga Boys uses the details you send through the enquiry form to answer your safari question, assess journey fit and arrange a call. We do not sell enquiry data.

Data collected

The form may collect your name, email, phone number, group size, preferred reserve, travel month, preferred start and end dates, date flexibility, chosen published departure, journey length, safari experience, reply preference and message. The server stores a one-way network-address hash for short-term spam control.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored on the website server in a protected database or protected fallback log. Authorised Dagga Boys staff and service providers may access the record for enquiry handling, booking support and system care.

Email notice

After a record is stored, the server attempts an email alert to the Dagga Boys team. The stored record remains the primary copy when mail delivery fails.

Retention

Unconverted enquiries should be reviewed after 24 months. Booking and financial records may need longer retention under tax, contract or insurance duties.

Your choices

You may ask for access, correction, objection or deletion where the law permits. Send the request to info@dagga-boys.co.za.

Marketing

An enquiry does not place you on a marketing list. A separate, clear permission is needed for promotional email.
